Hey folks, i’ve been seeing a lot about ai chatbots lately — like chatgpt and others — but i still don’t fully get what they actually are. are they just regular bots that answer questions? or is there more to it, like actual understanding or learning? how do they even work behind the scenes? i’m curious if anyone can break it down in simple terms for someone who’s not super techy. also, can they really talk like real people or is it all just scripted replies? would appreciate any clear, easy-to-understand answers. just trying to learn the basics here. thanks!
